Oktober 2025<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> \u2013 <\/em><\/strong>Die Schutzkonsortien Olio di Roma IGP und Sabina DOP pr\u00e4sentierten die oliven\u00f6lbezogene Spitzenqualit\u00e4t der Region Latium auf der Anuga 2025, der weltweit bedeutendsten internationalen Fachmesse f\u00fcr Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke, die auf dem Messegel\u00e4nde der Koelnmesse in K\u00f6ln (Deutschland) stattfand.<\/p>\n<p>Mit \u00fcber 8.000 Ausstellern aus 110 L\u00e4ndern und mehr als 145.000 Fachbesuchern aus \u00fcber 190 Nationen best\u00e4tigt sich die Anuga als der wichtigste internationale Treffpunkt f\u00fcr die gesamte Agrar- und Lebensmittelbranche. Eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche B\u00fchne, gegliedert in zehn thematische Hallen, auf der Eink\u00e4ufer, H\u00e4ndler und Branchenvertreter die Spitzenprodukte der Region Latium hautnah kennenlernen konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Messe vertreten waren Olio di Roma IGP und Sabina DOP, zwei native Oliven\u00f6le extra, die eine einzigartige Verbindung zur Identit\u00e4t der Hauptstadtregion und zur jahrtausendealten Oliven\u00f6lherstellung Latiums widerspiegeln. Olio di Roma IGP, das 2021 von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union anerkannt wurde, entsteht nach einer strengen Produktionsspezifikation, die autochthone Sorten wie Itrana, Carboncella, Leccino und Moraiolo zur Geltung bringt und so ein \u00d6l mit intensiver Fruchtigkeit und ausgepr\u00e4gten gr\u00fcnen Noten hervorbringt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnahme an der Anuga bot eine strategische Gelegenheit, internationalen Eink\u00e4ufern die zertifizierte Qualit\u00e4t der beiden Herkunftsbezeichnungen vorzustellen \u2013 in einem Marktumfeld, in dem Authentizit\u00e4t, R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit und Nachhaltigkeit weltweit immer st\u00e4rker nachgefragt werden.
