The Olio di Roma PGI and Sabina PDO taste tour comes to a successful close

This promotion dedicated to Olio di Roma PGI and Olio Sabina PDO has also concluded: ten days in which 20 restaurants across Rome, Milan, and Turin brought the excellence of certified Italian extra virgin olive oil to the table, as well as a story of taste, tradition, and territory!

Special thanks go to all the restaurateurs who helped transform the culinary experience into a true journey of knowledge and awareness, and to the public who enthusiastically welcomed this path through the flavors and values of two certified quality extra virgin olive oils.

The initiative, promoted by the Olio di Roma PGI and Sabina PDO Protection Consortia and realized with the contribution of MASAF – DM 657001 of 2024-12-12, proved to be a precious opportunity to discover how these oils enhance dishes, respect the land, and preserve ancient knowledge that is renewed every day on our tables.
